Pangeo Group is seeking an Engineering Manager for Project North PES, a recent Vaughan, Ontario plant. You will lead Manufacturing Engineering, plan process routes, equipment, tooling, and fixtures, and drive efficiency, cost, safety, and quality from startup through ramp.

You will manage a hands-on technical team, coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchasing, and mentor engineering staff while ensuring IATF 16949 compliance and environmental stewardship.
