As our organization continues to grow, we're looking for ambitious Entry Level Sales Agents to join our expanding team.

In this role, you will represent the voice and face of our company while working with qualified customers and prospective clients who are interested in learning more about their telecommunications options. There is no cold selling involved. Your role is to understand each customer's needs, answer their questions, and help them build a service package that best fits their lifestyle and budget.

No previous sales experience is required. Our paid training program will provide you with the product knowledge, sales training, and ongoing support needed to build confidence and succeed in the role.

We're looking for people with strong verbal and written communication skills who are confident, professional, and comfortable working face to face with a diverse customer base. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, listening, and helping customers make informed decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Start each day by reviewing customer inquiries, ensuring previous enrollments have been completed accurately, and following up with customers when needed
- Attend daily team meetings to review priorities, product updates, and goals for the day
- Review your assigned customer leads and prepare for the day with your leadership team
- Meet with qualified customers and prospective clients, providing skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly service




- Review each customer's current services and build personalized packages based on their needs and budget
- Process new enrollments and service upgrades while accurately collecting and submitting customer information
- Escalate customer questions or concerns to the appropriate teams whenever needed
- Maintain accurate customer records while handling confidential information with care and professionalism
- Represent our company with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to customer success
- Finish each day by reviewing account updates and ensuring all documentation has been completed accurately

Pay: $44,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
