Purpose

Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP data and reporting at the site, ensuring alignment between corporate data strategy and plant operations by supporting data accessibility, reporting continuity, and informed decision making throughout the IFS ERP implementation. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

Data Consultation & Navigation Support the data domain throughout the ongoing IFS ERP implementation, ensuring all data-related activities contribute toward the final goal of system commissioning.

Guide users through the organization's data landscape, helping users locate specific data points, dashboards, and KPI information within existing systems.

Consult with business units to support users understand available data resources.

Serve as the liaison between the corporate data team and plant users, translating data strategies into actionable operational insights. Provide expert guidance to users on data accessibility, ensuring users have timely access to the information required to support informed operational and business decision-making.

Reporting

Continuity & Analysis Gather, interpret, and document reports from existing systems to ensure the new IFS platform delivers equivalent or enhanced reporting capabilities post-implementation.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and anomalies, translating technical data into meaningful insights that reflect real-world manufacturing conditions.

Develop a deep understanding of where data originates and what it represents in a production environment. Data Triage & Corporate Alignment Proactively identify, analyze,



and triage all data-related requests from users, assessing their scope, impact, and urgency.

Provide timely support for data and reporting requests within the capabilities of the existing platform whenever possible.

Collaborate with the corporate team to evaluate complex data requirements or system gaps, escalating issues as needed to ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise standards and maintain KPI consistency across all plants. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to understand their specific data requirements and ensure the requirements are met during and after the IFS commissioning.

Qualifications The successful candidate will possess: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Experience working in an IFS environment is considered an asset.

Strong proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) and an ability to learn recent ERP data structures quickly.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to "connect the dots" between data and real-life operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented mindset to support and train non-technical users.

Ability to triage requests, manage multiple priorities, and act as a bridge between plant needs and corporate standards.
