Responsibilities

- Perform various esthetic services such as facials, body sugaring, regular & OPI gel polish manicure/pedicure, massage, laser hair removal, and spray tans.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients based on their individual needs.
- Ensure a high level of customer service by creating a welcoming environment for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Upsell additional services to enhance the client experience during appointments.

What You Bring:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in esthetics (outside of schooling)
- Diploma from an accredited esthetics program
- Strong expertise in facials, manicures & pedicures (regular OPI polish & gel OPI polish), relaxation massages
- Confidence in recommending and selling treatments, upgrades,



and homecare products to support client results
- Proven ability (or willingness to develop) in rebooking clients and building a loyal, returning clientele
- Experience with full body sugaring, tinting, and advanced skin treatments (Hydrafacials, IPL, Chemical peels, Microcurrent etc.) is an asset
- Experience with Novell Spray Tan is an asset
- Certified Laser Hair Removal using Sharplight
