Job Title: Esthetician with minimum 2 years experience required

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and licensed Esthetician to join our Newly opened Medi Spa in Edmonton South Common. The ideal candidate should be passionate about skincare, beauty, and wellness, and possess excellent customer service skills. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing a range of skincare and beauty treatments to clients, helping them achieve their desired results.

Responsibilities:

Skincare Treatments:

- Perform facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare treatments.
- Analyze clients' skin to determine the most suitable treatments.

Hair Removal:

- Conduct waxing, threading, and other hair removal procedures.
- Ensure a clean and hygienic environment during hair removal sessions.

Consultations:

- Consult with clients to understand their skincare concerns and goals.
- Provide personalized recommendations for at-home skincare routines.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about skincare products and recommend appropriate products to clients.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various skincare products.





Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and provide post-treatment care instructions.

Sanitation and Hygiene:

- Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Continuing Education:

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in skincare.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Sales:

- Promote and sell skincare products and services to clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Qualifications:

- Valid Esthetician license in Alberta
- Proven experience as an Esthetician in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatments.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
- Up to date on industry trends and advancements.
- Sales and retail experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Positive vision and hand-eye coordination.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
