We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Estimator/Service Adviser to join our automotive service team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify repair requirements and estimate costs accurately
- Prepare detailed repair estimates, explaining scope of work, parts, labor, and pricing clearly to customers
- Upsell additional services or maintenance opportunities based on customer needs and vehicle condition
- Collaborate with technicians to understand repair procedures and timelines, ensuring accurate estimates




- Handle cash transactions, process payments efficiently, and maintain precise financial records
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote future business opportunities

Experience

- Previous dealership experience or automotive service background highly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Collision Centre Estimator role
- Proven ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills
- Experience in sales or upselling automotive services is a plus
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and parts inventory management
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
