Who We Are

UW Burlington represents established clients in the home improvement industry through live, face-to-face consumer events across Burlington and the surrounding area. We build our teams from the ground up — hiring for attitude and developing the rest through hands-on training and real mentorship.

What You'll Be Doing

- Representing home improvement clients at live consumer events and experiential activations
- Opening genuine conversations with homeowners and presenting solutions that fit their needs
- Guiding consumers from initial interest through to a confident decision
- Delivering accurate product and campaign information in a clear, approachable way
- Bringing consumer feedback and field observations back to the team
- Growing through regular coaching, team development sessions, and real campaign experience

What We're Looking For

- Natural communicator who connects easily with new people
- Energetic, accountable, and follows through without being asked
- Comfortable in active, public-facing environments




- Open to learning and genuinely motivated to develop
- Full-time availability and transportation in the Burlington area
- Background in retail, hospitality, or events is a bonus — first-time applicants welcome
