Alpha3dge is a North York–based marketing and promotions company. We work on behalf of well-known corporate clients to represent their brands directly to consumers through live, in-person events and experiential campaigns. Our team is energetic, ambitious, and genuinely invested in each other's success. What You'll Be Doing

As an Event Marketing Representative, you'll be at the center of it all. You'll attend live consumer events across North York, represent our clients' brands with confidence and enthusiasm, engage directly with the public, and contribute to campaigns that make a real impression. Every day is different. Every event is an opportunity to grow.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Representing corporate client brands at live events and experiential marketing activations
- Engaging consumers in authentic, meaningful conversations about the brands you represent
- Delivering accurate product and campaign information in a compelling, approachable way
- Supporting consumers through the decision-making process from first contact to completion
- Capturing consumer insights and bringing them back to the team after each event
- Staying current on campaign materials, client brand guidelines, and promotional details




- Participating in team training and development sessions with a growth mindset

What We're Looking For You don't need a marketing degree or years of experience. You need the right attitude and the drive to back it up.

Specifically, we're looking for someone who:

- Connects naturally with new people and communicates with confidence
- Brings genuine energy and enthusiasm to everything they do
- Takes ownership of their work and holds themselves accountable
- Thrives in active, public-facing environments
- Is eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to improving
- Has reliable transportation and full-time availability in North York
- Has some background in events, retail, hospitality, or a people-facing role — though this is truly entry level and we welcome first-time applicants
