Lead the Future of Water Management in Saskatchewan

SCDA is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and strategic Executive Director to lead a respected provincial organization supporting Conservation & Development Areas (C&Ds;), Watershed Associations, and responsible water management across Saskatchewan. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director provides strategic leadership, organizational direction, operational oversight, financial stewardship, business leadership, and change management while strengthening relationships with members, government, municipalities, funding partners, industry, and stakeholders.

SCDA is a provincial member-based organization providing governance support, engineering services, technical expertise, organizational leadership, and cooperative water management solutions. The organization works closely with members, the Water Security Agency, municipalities, government, and industry partners to deliver practical services and support responsible water management.

· Professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and emotional intelligence

· Related university degree or equivalent executive leadership experience

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary: $97,000–$110,000 annually
