We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who embodies wellness to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Experience Attendant, you will be responsible for offering a warm welcome to guests and ensuring they have an exceptional experience at the spa. You will maintain the cleanliness and preparation of spaces, respond to guests’ questions, and help maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

You will also be tasked with informing clients about the services offered and supporting the team with various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests, explain the thermal experience, answer their questions, and manage the check-in and check-out process, including handling payments and providing necessary items (robes, towels, lockers, etc.).
- Take orders, prepare beverages, and serve light meals.
- Perform regular rounds on the site to ensure a smooth guest experience and maintain the cleanliness of the facilities.
- Respond to client requests, either in person or by phone, and manage reservations for treatments and thermal experiences.
- Rigorously follow hygiene and safety standards while cleaning and maintaining work areas, including reception, service zones, locker rooms,



and thermal spaces.
- Support the team as needed, taking on different tasks depending on workload (reception, café, maintenance, etc.).
- Report any situations requiring intervention to the Experience Manager.
- Perform any other related tasks necessary for the success and efficiency of the position.

Requirements

- High school diploma.
- Customer service experience (food and beverage an asset)
- Bilingualism (asset)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (must be available evenings and weekends).
- Robust observation skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and respectful attitude.
- Good organization and time management.
