Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Handle cash register operations using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring accurate cash handling and transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and serving stations
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs promptly
- Assist in food handling and preparation to support the kitchen team during busy periods
- Follow food safety standards and proper hygiene practices to ensure a safe workplace for staff and customers




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Barista with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and food service operations
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
- Previous food industry or food service experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
