We are a small, independently owned café looking for experienced and reliable team members who can grow with our business.

We are currently hiring for two positions:

1. BARISTA

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee or café barista experience (required)
- Comfortable dialing in espresso, steaming milk, and creating basic latte art
- Able to consistently maintain drink quality during service
- Able to multitask between beverage preparation, sandwich/food preparation, customer service, and cleaning
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Must be capable of working independently and managing a solo shift after training

1. Kitchen Staff

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience (required)
- Hands-on experience with baking and food preparation in a professional bakery, café,



or commercial kitchen
- Able to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality
- Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and manage baking/prep tasks independently
- Strong understanding of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organization
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Must be capable of working independently after training
