Experienced Handyman / Renovation Technician

Who We’re Looking For

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has solid hands-on renovation experience, communicates confidently with homeowners, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

- Complete residential renovation and repair projects in occupied homes
- Drywall installation and repairs
- Interior painting and finishing
- Trim, baseboards, and door installation
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Minor plumbing and electrical repairs (where legally permitted)
- Cabinet installation and adjustments
- General handyman tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and the office
- Drive to multiple job sites throughout the GTA

Minimum Requirements (Please Do Not Apply Unless You Meet These)
- Minimum 3 years of residential renovation or handyman experience
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License
- Clean driving record




- Comfortable driving throughout the GTA
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to work independently and solve problems in office
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labour
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multiple trades
- Experience working inside occupied homes
