We prioritize clinical longevity over high volume, helping you build a schedule that gives you the time you need for your own family and life outside the clinic. ??‍♂️ The Role & Expectations: Clinical focus: You have a strong, established background working with men's mental health, performance, and relational trauma. Lived experience navigating career, marriage, and fatherhood is a massive asset for connecting with our specific client base.

Team collaboration: You value transparency and communication. We hold regular staff meetings for case consultation and host group socials to keep the team connected. We want to make sure you feel supported, not just clinically,



but as part of a real community.

Availability: We have immediate high-demand openings for end-of-week and weekend coverage. We are specifically looking for availability across Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. If you can cover shifts on all three of these days, that is considered a huge asset. ✅ What we're looking for: Clinical fit: To best support the specific relational needs and demographic preferences of our male client base, we're strongly encouraging male-identifying clinicians with a mature, seasoned clinical perspective to apply.

Education: A completed Master's Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work (this is a firm requirement).

Designation: RCC or CCC in good standing.

EMDR trained: You must have already completed your EMDR Basic Training, or currently hold EMDR Certification. We're looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running.

Availability: A commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule at our Burnaby office, with a priority on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday blocks.
