We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated painter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality painting services across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance their aesthetic appeal, and ensure long-lasting finishes. Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Execute precise painting tasks using hand tools and power tools, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and rigging equipment
- Read drawings and construction plans to accurately determine project scope and specifications
- Perform restoration work by matching existing finishes to seamlessly blend new work with old surfaces
- Apply various types of paint including residential, commercial, industrial, and specialty coatings using proper techniques for durability and aesthetics
- Use carpentry skills to repair or replace damaged surfaces before painting begins
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Experience





- Proven construction experience with a focus on painting or related trades
- Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques across different environments—residential, commercial, industrial
- Skilled in reading drawings to interpret project requirements accurately
- Experience with rigging and handling scaffolding or lifts for elevated or hard-to-reach areas
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, caulking materials, and safety protocols in a construction setting
- Ability to perform carpentry tasks as needed for surface preparation or repairs
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing outstanding service
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in quick-paced projects
