What You’ll Do

- Grow your business by deepening trusted relationships and uncovering recent value-creating opportunities with your customers.
- Build and execute crop plans that integrate seed, crop protection, and fertility to help your growers achieve their long-term goals.
- Apply your agronomic expertise in the field—using scouting, sampling, and data to deliver confident, insight-driven recommendations.
- Be a go-to technical resource for your team and a trusted advisor your growers rely on.
- Use your perspective and experience to influence seasonal execution, service improvements, and the future direction of the business

What You Bring

- 5+ years experience building relationships and creating value in agronomy or ag sales.
- Strong agronomic expertise and a genuine passion for helping growers succeed.
- Think like an owner,



with discipline and drive to manage and grow your own customer portfolio.
- CCA (or are motivated to earn it) as part of your commitment to professional excellence.
- Communicate with clarity and build trust through strong relationships and follow-through.
- Equally comfortable in the field and contributing as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- sales agronomy or related: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- CCA (preferred)
- Class G Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:
- 50% (required)
