State of Play Safety Surfacing / Solid State Rubber Paving is looking for an experienced rubber paver to join our crew immediately for a playground project.

We are specifically looking for someone with previous hands-on experience installing rubber paving and/or poured-in-place (PIP) rubber safety surfacing.

This position is for an immediate project in Regina, with the possibility of continued employment for the remainder of our 2026 season.

Responsibilities

- Install poured-in-place rubber surfacing and rubber paving
- Mix rubber granules and polyurethane binder to proper ratios
- Trowel and finish rubber surfaces to a high-quality, consistent finish
- Assist with base preparation and site setup
- Follow required thicknesses, grades, edges, and project specifications
- Work efficiently as part of an installation crew
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all job-site safety procedures

Qualifications




- Previous rubber paving or PIP rubber surfacing experience is strongly preferred
- Experience using trowels and working with polyurethane-bound rubber is an asset
- Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Reliable and able to work efficiently as part of a crew
- Solid attention to detail and quality
- Must be available to work in Regina as soon as possible

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
