Experienced Site Supervisor – Residential and Commercial Stone Installation

Full-Time | Burnaby, BC

We are a well-established, family-run manufacturer/fabricator company in Burnaby (near Brentwood Mall) known for the excellence of our workmanship and installations, looking for a full-time hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial stone installation projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on every project.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations on projects.
- Be able to take on-site measurements and convert to shop drawings using either
- Sketchup or CAD
- Lead and coordinate installation crews and subcontractors.
- Schedule materials, equipment, and deliveries to ensure projects stay on track.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Read construction drawings and project specifications.
- Communicate with homeowners, builders and project managers.
- Identify and resolve job site issues efficiently.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule

Qualifications

- Experience supervising residential and commercial construction and/or stone installation projects.




- Knowledge of natural stone and manmade stone, masonry, or related exterior finishes is preferred.
- Robust leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Solid understanding of construction practices and job site safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Reliability and punctuality
- First Aid and safety certifications are considered an asset.

Required

- Valid driver's license.
- Must wear steel-toed boots
- Must be a Canadian resident
