Red Seal Carpenter — Full-Time

Camelot Homes is looking to expand our team!

We are a well-established custom home builder that has been serving the Parksville–Nanaimo area for over 40 years. Our team handles many aspects of construction in-house, including excavation, electrical, painting, cabinetmaking, and millwork.

The Position

We are hiring a full-time, fully ticketed Red Seal Carpenter with a minimum of 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will be a dependable, well-rounded carpenter who can work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.

Applicants should be proficient in framing, siding, and renovations. Experience lead hand with foundations and finishing carpentry is also an asset.

What We’re Looking For

- Red Seal Carpenter certification
- Minimum 10 years of carpentry experience
- Strong framing, siding, and renovation skills
- Experience with multiple stages of new construction and renovations




- Foundation and finishing-carpentry experience considered an asset
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear communication regarding job progress and potential issues
- Willingness to follow procedures and adapt to changing job-site needs
- Pride in your workmanship and a strong eye for detail
- Personal hand tools and steel-toed boots
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to commute to job sites throughout the Parksville–Qualicum Beach area
