Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled FANUC Robot Programmer to program, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize FANUC robotic automation systems used in industrial manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience with FANUC robot programming, teach pendant operation, robot commissioning, PLC integration, and robotic cell troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, modify, test, and optimize FANUC robot programs for industrial automation applications.

Perform robot teaching, setup, calibration, and commissioning using the FANUC teach pendant.

Configure robot motion, positions, frames, tools, payloads, and operating parameters.

Troubleshoot robot programs, alarms, faults, and communication issues.

Integrate FANUC robots with PLCs, sensors, vision systems, conveyors, grippers, welding equipment, and other automation devices.

Configure and troubleshoot robot-to-PLC communication and I/O signals.

Perform Mastering,



UFRAME, UTOOL, payload, and TCP setup.

Develop and maintain robot backups, programs, configuration files, and technical documentation.

Optimize robot cycle time, motion paths, accuracy, and overall system performance.

Support installation, startup, commissioning, and production ramp-up of robotic cells.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and programming-related robot issues.

Work closely with electrical, mechanical, controls, manufacturing, and maintenance teams.

Conduct preventive maintenance and support production teams with robot-related issues.

Provide training and technical support to operators and maintenance personnel.

Follow all applicable machine safety, robot safety, quality, and production standards.
