What You'll Do

You'll manage a broad range of family law matters, including:

- Divorce and separation
- Parenting and decision-making disputes
- Child and spousal support
- Property division
- Settlement negotiations and mediations
- Court appearances and litigation where required
- Drafting pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents
- Providing practical, compassionate legal advice to clients

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Is licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
- Has experience practicing family law
- Enjoys advocating for clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy
- Has strong negotiation, litigation, and drafting skills
- Thrives in a collaborative team workplace
- Is interested in helping grow a thriving Alberta practice

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $110,000–$600,000+ annually (based on experience and compensation structure)
