Familyhome Worker, Temporary Full time (35 hours/week)

(September 2026 to September 2027 with possibility of extension to March 2028)

The Familyhome Program provides adults with a developmental disability the opportunity to live in a family setting and enjoy the benefits of family and community.

Familyhome Workers provide case coordination, service navigation, assessment and planning, individual and family support, inter-agency collaboration, instrumental counseling, team meetings etc. based on the individualized goals of each person supported.

This position starts early September and is based in Huron and Perth Counties. Primary office location is Listowel.

Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in Human Services preferred or an acceptable equivalent with a strong background in Developmental Services.

Requirements: Reliable vehicle with valid “G” driver license and $2 Million liability coverage,



as travel is required; Willingness to work occasional evening and weekend hours, as needed.
