Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join us at Western Turf Farms. Become part of the team that takes care of the field maintenance, harvesting turf, loading trucks for delivery and other work around the farm. This is a full time year round position.

Qualifications

- Experience operating tractors and other farm equipment
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment safely
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Physical stamina for long hours of manual labor including heavy lifting
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety guidelines at all times
- Team player with good communication skills
- You enjoy getting things done
- Professional and positive attitude
