About the Role

Experience 8 to 15+ years of IT experience 3+ years of hands-on experience with FICO Decision Management Platform (DMP/DMPS) Banking, Financial Services, Credit Cards, Lending, Fraud, or Risk Management domain experience preferred Available to join immediately or within a short notice period

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support solutions on FICO Decision Management Platform Streaming (DMPS).
- Build and maintain real-time decisioning applications using FICO decision rules, strategies, and analytics.
- Integrate DMPS with multiple enterprise systems, APIs, event streams, and data sources.
- Develop streaming decision workflows for fraud detection, risk scoring, customer onboarding, and personalization use cases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and data teams to translate business requirements into decisioning solutions.
- Optimize decision performance, scalability, monitoring, and operational support processes.
- Support production deployments, incident resolution, and platform upgrades.
- Provide L2 / L2.5 application support for business‑critical systems.
- Monitor application health, batch jobs,



and scheduled processes; perform job restarts and issue recovery as required.
- Act as a primary point of contact for incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using JIRA or equivalent ticketing tools.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and support problem management activities.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution and defect fixes.
- Participate in knowledge transfer (KT) sessions with client SMEs and transition teams; create and update support documentation and runbooks.
- Support production releases, deployments, and post‑release validation.
- Provide shift‑based and on‑call support as required, including after‑hours coverage.

Required Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience with FICO Decision Management Platform (DMP/DMPS)

Preferred Skills

Banking, Financial Services, Credit Cards, Lending, Fraud, or Risk Management domain experience preferred
