The Field Service Assistant

Technician will work in a crew of two with a lead technician on a service truck with a 10,000 pound crane. Employees will report to the office every morning and at the end of the day. Crews are responsible for preforming routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and service of customers’ pumping systems. This position is also responsible for ensuring the customers’ requirements are met and ensuring the task is finished successfully.

Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance

Perform troubleshooting and repair of customer equipment.

Provide removal and installation of customers equipment.





Communicate with customers to keep them up to date on their service.

Keep truck stocked and clean

Complete routine safety inspections of equipment.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as well as safe driving practices.

Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Self-starter and ability to follow procedures.

Problem solving skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Able to work productively as part of a team

Mechanical & electrical background a plus

Clean NJ Driver’s License a Must.
