We are recruiting for a Field Service Technician for one of our global medical device clients to join their growing team located in Quebec, Canada.

The Field Service

Technician is responsible for providing in office customer service support, repair, and maintenance within Quebec, Canada.

Responsibilities

- Travel to various sites to install and maintain medical aesthetic equipment

- Troubleshoot electro-mechanical and robotic aesthetic systems

- Pack, ship, and receive equipment and material

- Provide customer service via phone and resolve related issues

- Handle call scheduling and other administrative duties independently

- Stay up to date with current technical literature to ensure the following best practices

- Other duties as assigned

Required

- Bilingual in English and French

- Associate Degree or bachelor's degree

- At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining electronic and/or mechanical equipment

- Must have a valid driver's licence and a vehicle

- Must be available to work after regular hours and on the weekends to meet customer demand during peak times
