Edmonton

ListSimple is growing in Edmonton and we’re busy! We’re looking to expand our team of Field Technicians. ListSimple helps REALTORS® quickly and efficiently get properties listed for sale. We deliver market leading property measurement and media/photography services.

As a field technician you will visit properties to undertake detailed measurements and capture various media (e.g. premium quality photos, drone, virtual tours & floorplans).

Candidates should:

- Have a solid interest in Real Estate.
- Be reasonably comfortable with mobile devices/apps, cameras and modern web technologies such as cloud file management, online calendars, etc.
- Have an understanding of basic construction/building processes and possess a strong spatial awareness. Experience drafting and or the ability to read blueprints is considered an asset.
- Enjoy working independently in a self-directed and highly punctual environment.
- Desire a flexible work schedule - the number of hours and specific timing of those hours is flexible. You make yourself available to be booked for appointments when it works for your personal schedule.
- Be available to work 40+ hours per week during Spring/Summer and 20-40 hours per week at other times of the year.
- Have access to a clean & professional looking personal vehicle to attend appointments.

ListSimple will provide:

- All necessary equipment.
- An extensive training program.
- Reimbursement of vehicle expenses.
- Competitive compensation of $45,000 - $60,000+.
- A strong culture of ‘team’ and a supportive overall environment.

Intensive paid training takes place over approximately 4 weeks in Edmonton.

Start date TBD as we're currently identifying candidates for upcoming training intakes. While our typical training period is January, we are open to bringing the right candidates on earlier. Candidates who begin training in the fall should be aware that workload will fluctuate significantly based on seasonal demand. Following training, technicians will begin taking on production work, however the workload will gradually decrease as we move into our quieter winter period. November through January is typically our slowest time of year, meaning there may be periods where available work is limited and the role feels more part-time.

As we move into February and March, demand begins to increase, with workload building steadily toward our busiest Spring and Summer season.

If a flexible schedule and a role with seasonal workload changes align with what you're looking for, we'd love to connect.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Benefits

- Flexible schedule
- Mileage reimbursement

Application question(s):
- Will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Edmonton, AB for this job?
- This role is seasonal in nature, with workload increasing significantly during spring and summer and slowing down over winter. If you begin training before winter, are you comfortable remaining with the team through a slower initial period while your workload builds?
- Our business experiences its lowest workload during the winter months. Candidates who complete training in fall may have a lighter workload for several months before work increases towards spring. Are you comfortable with this?

Work Location: On the road
