Title: Director of Finance (ERP)

Duration: Permanent, Fulltime

Location: St Jacobs, ON (3x onsite per week)

Salary range: $150K-$180K per year

Insight Global is looking for a Finance Director to join a top Canadian cooperative located in St Jacobs. You will be joining the Finance team to support their multi-year ERP transformation to Microsoft D365. This is a pivotal business leadership role. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the Finance workstream and lead Finance into subsequent phases as the program matures.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 5-10 years of of progressive Finance leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years in roles at the Director, Controller, or equivalent level
- Proven experience as a Finance workstream lead or senior Finance functional SME on a large-scale ERP (strong preference for Microsoft D365)



implementation, with accountability for design, testing, cutover, and go-live
- Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, AP/AR, Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Treasury, and Financial Reporting Comfort working within agile delivery frameworks, including sprint cadences
- Experience managing systems integrator/vendor relationships and third-party delivery teams
- Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting to executive audiences.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- CPA designation or equivalent professional accounting credential
- PMP (Project Management Qualified) certification
- Microsoft Azure architecture familiarity
