Role Description The First Aid Instructor is a full time, remote role responsible for delivering engaging and compliant first aid training to learners in person. Tasks include conducting live training sessions, demonstrating first aid techniques, and guiding participants through practice scenarios.

The instructor prepares course materials, assesses learner performance, provides constructive feedback, and ensures alignment with relevant standards and certification requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate training records,



collaborating with the education team to improve course content, and using online platforms and tools to create an interactive learning experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong First Aid and First Aid Training skills, with up-to-date certifications from a recognized authority.
- Candidates should possess Training and Teaching skills to design lessons, facilitate learning, and evaluate participant progress.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain concepts clearly, respond to questions, and engage diverse audiences.
- Candidates should have experience delivering courses in personal environments and be comfortable using digital learning tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple classes and schedules.
- Relevant instructor qualifications or education in emergency services, or adult education are beneficial.
- Experience in emergency response, healthcare, or safety training is considered an asset.
