Now Hiring: Herring Processing Workers – Roe Season

Join our team for the upcoming fish roe season!

We are currently hiring reliable and motivated individuals to work in our herring processing facility. These positions are temporary (August through November), with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidates.

Who Can Apply:

- Canadian citizens
- Permanent residents
- Individuals with a valid OPEN work permit - NO LMIA AVAILABLE.

Job Requirements:

- Reliable transportation to and from work - we are in Cap Pele, NB - 40 minutes from Moncton
- Must understand and follow instructions in English or French
- Willingness to work a varied shift schedule, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure product quality and safety standards are met




- Good physical stamina for standing and repetitive movements during shifts
- Customer service mindset to support team collaboration and maintain positive work relationships.
