Group Coach — Sun Fitness and Therapy (Markham)

Part-Time | Hourly + Commission

Sun Fitness and Therapy is a boutique gym in Markham built on coaching, accountability, and community — not just workouts. We're growing fast (100 → 200 members this year) and need another coach who can bring energy to the floor and actually get people results.

What you'll do:

- Coach small-group training sessions (60 min, high energy, hands-on cueing)
- Build real relationships with members — know their names, their goals, their why
- Support our challenges, events, and community programs (leaderboard hype, accountability check-ins)
- Spot upsell opportunities (nutrition coaching, supplements, upgrades) and flag them to the sales team — earn commission when they convert
- Keep the floor clean, safe, and on-brand with our culture

What we're looking for:

- Coachable, high-energy, genuinely likes people — experience helpful but not required, we'll train the right person
- Reliable — shows up on time, every time
- Comfortable talking to strangers and building rapport quick




- Available during peak hours (weekday afternoons/evenings, some weekends)
- Certification (NASM, ACE, CSCS, or equivalent) a plus — will support getting certified if you're not there yet
- Agatsu Kettlebell certification strongly preferred

Pay: Hourly rate + commission on nutrition/supplement/program upsells you help drive. Commission is uncapped. Why Sun Fitness and Therapy:
