Strength & Conditioning Coach / Personal Trainer

Validus Fitness is looking for a motivated and reliable coach to join our team. This role includes coaching group strength & conditioning classes as well as personal training clients. We’re a community-driven gym focused on helping people get stronger, healthier, and more confident in their training.

Position Type

Responsibilities
- Coach group strength & conditioning classes
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions
- Provide clear instruction, coaching cues, and workout scaling
- Create a positive, welcoming environment for members
- Prioritize safety, proper movement, and member experience
- Build strong relationships with members and fellow coaches
- Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to coach

Qualifications




- Coaching or personal training certification
- Experience coaching group classes and/or personal training (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for fitness, coaching, and continued learning
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
