In this office-based position, you will focus on developing new business as well as managing existing accounts in the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. Your role involves consultative selling to fleet and maintenance managers, providing solutions tailored to their operational needs. This position offers a combination of direct prospecting and structured account management to meet target sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell preventive maintenance service agreements to commercial fleets • Develop recent business through networking and referrals • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts and relationships • Conduct needs assessments and technology demonstrations • Keep CRM updated with pipeline and account notes
Requirements: • 5–15+ years B2B sales experience • Minimum 5 years in maintenance sales • Knowledge of commercial trucking and fleet maintenance • Strong technical understanding of Class 8 truck maintenance • Valid driver’s license with local travel willingness
