The Role

As a Floral Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating beautiful, high-quality floral pieces while helping us deliver the personal service our customers have come to know and expect.

Responsibilities include

● Designing fresh floral arrangements for a variety of occasions

● Creating everyday, wedding, sympathy, corporate, and special-event florals

● Working confidently from both specific customer requests and general design direction

● Assisting with wedding and event preparation and installations as needed

● Processing, conditioning, and caring for fresh flowers and plants

● Helping customers select flowers and providing thoughtful design recommendations

● Managing multiple orders and priorities during busy periods

● Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient design workspace

● Assisting with merchandising and attractive retail displays

● Working collaboratively with our team to ensure every arrangement meets our standards for quality and presentation

Experience & Qualifications

Previous professional floral design experience is required.





We are looking for someone who is confident working independently and can step into a busy floral environment with minimal training.

The ideal candidate will have:

● A minimum of 2 years of professional floral design experience

● Strong knowledge of floral design techniques, flower varieties, conditioning, care, and handling

● Experience creating everyday arrangements, sympathy pieces, weddings, and special-event florals

● A strong eye for colour, proportion, texture, balance, and presentation

● The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality

● Solid attention to detail and pride in finished work

● Excellent customer service and communication skills

● The ability to work independently while also being a supportive member of the team

● Dependability, organization, and a positive attitude

● Availability for occasional weekends and peak floral holidays
