Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Silverware POS and Open Table ensuring quick and correct processing
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all front-of-house areas, including dining spaces and service stations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks as needed, always adhering to food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and guest satisfaction

Requirements





- Prior food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest engagement
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Silverware POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously through excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous; kitchen experience is a bonus but not required
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
