Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery and presentation
- Assist with food preparation and food handling to maintain high standards of safety and quality
- Serve drinks at the bar or table, including barista-style beverages if applicable
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with food setup, refills, and clearing tables

Experience





- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key
- Knowledge of the food industry standards, including food handling and safety protocols
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Experience in serving or bartending enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and maintaining hygiene standards in a hospitality environment
- Barista experience is a plus for roles involving coffee or specialty beverages
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
