Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times to uphold health regulations.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management, prioritizing guest needs and minimizing wait times.
- Upsell menu items by highlighting specials or popular dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties such as processing payments and giving correct change.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate deliveries, ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, tables, and dining spaces in accordance with sanitation standards.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience

- Previous food service experience is required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including POS systems, touch bistro, and delivery services.
- Strong time management skills are essential for multitasking during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques is important..
- Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and billing accuracy.
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food preparation processes can be a plus but is not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
