FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR NOC 62020

Position within McDonald’s Restaurants, Thunder Bay, ON (Cumberland St.).

Responsibilities

- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Hire food service staff.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure food service quality control.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

Support for Youths

- On‑job training tailored to youth.
- Mentorship, coaching and networking opportunities.
- Awareness training to employees to create a welcoming setting for youth.

Qualifications

- High-school (secondary) graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Employment Details

- Wage: $19.00 per hour.
- Hours: 40 per week.
- Term: Permanent, full time.
- Language: English.
