B&J; Warehousing & Distribution is a fast-growing logistics and warehousing company serving clients across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. With a newly expanded 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Mississauga, we are currently hiring a certified Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move goods
- Perform daily equipment inspections and ensure safe operation
- Pick and organize inventory according to orders
- Assist with general warehouse duties including receiving, packing, and shipping
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Use scanners or inventory systems to track stock movement
Qualifications
- Valid forklift license or certification required (counterbalance or reach truck)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality
- Experience in warehouse or logistics industry is an asset
