Founding CEO / Protocol Founder – Water Infrastructure & Blockchain

Location: Remote-first, with required travel for conferences, partner meetings, and industry events

Compensation: Significant Founder Equity + Token Allocation (discussed during the selection process)

About the Venture

We are a crypto venture studio building a decentralized water intelligence and infrastructure-finance protocol on Ethereum.

The project combines blockchain, IoT-verified water data, and real-world asset (RWA) financing to help bring capital and transparency to the water infrastructure sector.

A working proof-of-concept already exists, including an IoT-verified water data layer that captures sensor-attested flow, water quality, and leakage data, with verified information committed on-chain. This data layer feeds into a tokenized RWA capital layer designed to help finance real-world water infrastructure.

The technical architecture, token design, and launch infrastructure are already in place.

What we're looking for is the founder who can take this technology into the real world.

The Role

As the Founder and public leader of the protocol, you will be responsible for turning the existing proof-of-concept into a category-defining company and protocol within the water infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Vision

- Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy.
- Take the existing proof-of-concept and shape it into a commercially viable product.
- Identify opportunities to create meaningful impact within the global water sector.

Lead the Build

- Work closely with the development and technical teams through launch and ongoing product development.
- Establish priorities, make key product decisions, and ensure execution stays aligned with the overall vision.

Build Strategic Partnerships

- Leverage your existing professional network to establish relationships with companies and organizations in water, energy, infrastructure, insurance, and capital markets.
- Help secure pilot programs, integrations, strategic partnerships, and industry collaborations.
- Partnerships and co-marketing with established industry players are a core part of this role.

Be the Public Face of the Protocol





- Represent the project at industry and blockchain conferences.
- Host regular community sessions with token holders and supporters.
- Participate in interviews, panels, and industry events.
- Build the company's public presence through social media and other communication channels.
- Share progress, partnerships, and milestones publicly to build credibility and community trust.

Work With the Founding Team

- Collaborate closely with experienced crypto operators responsible for capital, distribution, market strategy, and launch execution.
- Help bridge traditional water infrastructure with emerging blockchain and Web3 technologies.

What We're Looking ForRequired
- Deep professional expertise in one or more of the following:
- Hydrology
- Water utilities
- Flood or groundwater risk
- Water quality and compliance
- Irrigation or agricultural technology
- Environmental engineering
- Water infrastructure
- Water-adjacent capital markets or insurance
- An established and activatable professional network within water, energy, infrastructure, insurance, or related industries.
- The ability to bring potential pilot customers, strategic partners, or industry relationships to the table within the first 90 days.
- Strong public-facing communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable speaking with executives, investors, technical teams, communities, and the public.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, meetings, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in an early-stage workplace.
- Ability to make decisions quickly and operate effectively with ambiguity.
- Genuine interest in using blockchain technology to solve real-world infrastructure problems.

Nice to Have
- Previous experience in crypto, blockchain, Web3, DeFi, or tokenized real-world assets.
- Experience founding or leading an early-stage company or organization.




- Experience raising capital or working with institutional investors.
- Experience developing strategic partnerships across multiple industries.
- Existing relationships with infrastructure funds, insurers, utilities, engineering firms, or government-related organizations.

Previous crypto experience is not required. We have experienced Web3 operators handling the blockchain, token, capital, and go-to-market components. What we need is someone who understands the water and infrastructure world and can bring that expertise, credibility, and network into the project.
