We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Framer to join our team. In this role you will work alongside our crew to construct wood-frame residential homes from foundation to roof. The ideal candidate has hands-on framing experience, understands residential construction practices, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

- Construct floor systems, walls, and roof structures
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and engineered wood products
- Install sheathing, blocking, and structural components
- Work safely at heights and on ladders/scaffolding
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.




- Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred
- Ability to read tape measure accurately and basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment operation
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- A valid drivers’ licence class G2 or G
