Duties

- Design and deliver interactive French lessons tailored to individual student needs, skill levels, and learning styles
- Incorporate multimedia resources, real-life scenarios, and cultural insights to enhance language acquisition
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Foster a positive, encouraging classroom environment that motivates students to participate actively
- Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student attendance, and performance assessments
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learners, including children with varying educational backgrounds




- Communicate effectively with students in both French and English to clarify concepts and answer questions

Qualifications

- Fluency in French with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Proficiency in English for clear instruction and communication
- Experience working with children or in classroom settings is highly preferred
- Strong writing skills to develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials
- Multilingual abilities such as Mandarin, Spanish, Japanese, or additional languages are a plus
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience demonstrating effective instructional techniques
- Familiarity with classroom management and educational best practices
- Passion for language education and cultural exchange
