Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Supervisor / Night Auditor to oversee guest services during evening hours. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and managing front desk operations overnight. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, solid organizational abilities, and a welcoming demeanor to enhance guest satisfaction and support hotel operations.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures.

- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information.

- Assist guests with requests, complaints, and special accommodations to ensure a positive experience.

- Monitor security and safety protocols throughout the night shift.

- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and billing information.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.

- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and professional at all times.





- Support administrative tasks such as reporting nightly activities and preparing shift reports.

- Uphold hotel policies and procedures consistently to ensure compliance.

Experience

- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality is preferred.

- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills.

- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and guest inquiries effectively.

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests.

- Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus.

- Knowledge of phone etiquette, guest services, and hospitality standards is essential.
