Duchess Bake Shop is seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our dedicated front-of-house team. We are currently hiring part-time servers who bring warmth, efficiency, and professionalism to every guest interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality is required (café or restaurant background preferred)

ProServe certification (mandatory)

A calm, positive attitude and grace under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Passion for coffee, pastries, and delivering outstanding service

Availability on weekends and holidays
