Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated staff, either as a Server or Counter Attendant to join our agile team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for customer service and hospitality.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests.
- Take customer orders accurately either from the table or phone.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.
- Pack and bag takeaway food efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality while providing excellent customer service.




- Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash handling.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
