Front of House Manager

Famoso Pizzeria - Magrath is a small, fast-growing, and dynamic restaurant group in Edmonton, AB. We are looking for a Front of House Manager to oversee all front of house operations and to lead the team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all front of house staff .
- Manage the service and quality of food and drinks.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff follows food safety guidelines and proper handling of food waste.
- Train and develop front of house staff.
- Ensure that all kitchen staff follows the restaurant’s operating procedures, policies, and procedures for food service.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with the restaurant’s standards, policies, and procedures.
- Train & Develop Team Members as needed.
- Manage all Social Media accounts.
- Control all marketing responsibilities.

Qualifications:




- Strong leadership qualities; ability to motivate team members to achieve results in a fast-paced environment; takes initiative; works independently when needed; demonstrates effective decision-making skills; demonstrates knowledge of nutrition, sanitation, food production, serving techniques and beverage technology; exhibits an understanding of business practices such as cost control and operational management.
