Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness and customer service with a consistent drive to grow the business. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping our current members as well as getting new ones started with our studios.

Duties

- Greet members warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
- Maintain an organized, clean and visually appealing studio.
- Building rapport to drive sales and process sales transactions accurately.
- Contacting prospects to help drive interest to attending and joining our studio.
- Performing daily tasks (calls, emails, texts).
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding memberships, classes, schedules, equipment, policies, etc.
- Handle member and prospect inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure member and prospect satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.




- Build upon a positive work culture and environment.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on sales techniques and performance.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is very much preferred.
- A passion for fitness and/or a healthy lifestyle.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls professionally.
- A proactive approach to to help drive revenue in the studio.
- Familiarity with technology sales is advantageous but not required.
