Overview

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Staff to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. The Front of House Staff will also be responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food and drinks according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized dining and retail area
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Occasionally assist with food and baking prep

Requirements:

- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, that includes evenings and weekends
