Primrose is on the hunt for a warm, motivated Front of House Team Member to join our growing team. We're a neighbourhood bagel shop in the up-and-coming Oakwood Village, serving fresh-baked bagels, cream cheeses, lox, and sandwiches made with an obsession for quality ingredients. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and genuinely loves taking care of people.

This one's for someone who leads with a great attitude and an eagerness to learn. The traits we value most: consistency, dependability, optimism, work ethic & cleanliness.

What you'll do:

- Run in-store transactions and make every guest's visit a good one
- Walk guests through the menu and answer ingredient questions
- Brew and serve coffee and tea
- Package and hand off orders to guests and delivery drivers, accurately every time
- Organize and pack online preorders and live orders
- Help open and close the shop
- Keep the space clean and tidy through service
- Label, date, and restock retail items, the fridge, and packaging shelves

What we're looking for:

- 1+ year in a bakery or food and beverage customer service role
- Comfortable on a POS (Square and UberEats experience a plus)
- Warm, friendly service with a smile.

- Cool under pressure and able to juggle speed, service, and cleanliness at once
- Knows bagels and appetizing foods, or is hungry to learn
- Thrives in a small, close-knit crew
- Keen to grow as Primrose grows

Schedule & availability:

- Full-time: 4-5 shifts per week
- Shifts typically 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Weekend availability required
