Join our dynamic team as a Full Time Back of House (BOH) Prep and Service professional, where your energy and dedication will help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this role you will be helping with prep and also service , which is customer facing. It is a hybrid BOH and FOH job where you can gain valuable skills in the kitchen and working with the guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble menu items efficiently, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards, ensuring proper presentation and flavor.
- Handle food with care, following all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure freshness.
- Assist in food service and assembly.
- Aid in maintaining the dining room.
- Punching in orders and taking payment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals, manage busy periods smoothly, and uphold a positive work workplace.




- Helping create and execute specials and new dishes.

Skills

- Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or kitchen environments with a focus on food preparation and cooking is preferred, but not required.
- Understanding of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
- Serving skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated commitment to food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with colleagues during busy service times.
